    Symptoms patients often describe

    • Pain that hasn't responded to rest, stretching, or over-the-counter medication
    • Stiffness that limits work, sleep, or time with family
    • Recurring flares from sitting, lifting, or driving
    • Pain radiating into the hip, buttock, or leg
    • A previous diagnosis (disc, arthritis, sciatica) that hasn't fully resolved
    • A history of injuries, falls, or auto accidents

Symptoms vary by patient. Always consult a qualified provider before starting a new care plan.

How we approach this at University Physical Medicine

    1

A focused intake on what makes pain better and worse, plus a physical and neurological exam.

    2

Imaging only when clinically warranted — no X-rays just to fill a chart.

    3

A combined plan: chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue work, targeted rehab, and ergonomic guidance.

    4

Coordinated medical input from Celeste Lind, A.P.R.N. when injections or other medical options are appropriate.

Individual results may vary. Our providers will recommend a plan based on your evaluation.

    Questions patients ask about this

    What's included in the evaluation?

A full intake, physical and neurological exam, and imaging if clinically indicated. You'll leave with a clear explanation of findings and recommended next steps.

How is this different from a typical chiropractic office?

We have a chiropractor and an APRN under one roof, so if your case needs medical input — injections, lab work, prescriptions — it happens in-house instead of being handed off.
